1. About Nestbox
Nestbox is an online platform that connects jobseekers (including working holiday makers and visa holders) with employers in New Zealand. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Nestbox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Jobseekers
By registering as a jobseeker, you confirm that all information provided, including visa status and documentation, is accurate and truthful. You understand that employers may contact you based on your profile information. Nestbox is not responsible for the outcome of any employment arrangements made through the platform.
4. Employers
Employers must be verified by Nestbox before accessing candidate profiles. By registering as an employer, you confirm that your business is legitimate and operating in New Zealand. Employers pay a fee to access candidate contact details and are responsible for complying with all applicable employment laws, including the Employment Relations Act 2000.
5. Payments
Employers pay NZD $10 per candidate profile view. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once a candidate profile has been accessed.
6. Reviews & Disputes
Jobseekers may leave reviews about employers after employment. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. Employers may dispute reviews they believe are inaccurate or unfair. Nestbox reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.
7. Immigration Disclaimer
Nestbox is not a licensed immigration adviser. Information provided on this platform is for general purposes only and does not constitute immigration advice. Users should seek advice from a licensed immigration adviser for matters relating to visas and work rights in New Zealand.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nestbox acts as an intermediary platform only. We are not responsible for the conduct of employers or jobseekers, the accuracy of information provided by users, or any employment arrangements made through the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
Nestbox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
